Senior Golf Exchange is a Private Members’ Club for Home Exchange and Hospitality Exchange – for Senior Golfers worldwide.

We accept the responsibility we undertake as a Private Members Club to protect the privacy of our Members, and any visitors to our internet site.

In essence, personal information will never be given, traded, sold, released or otherwise communicated in any form to any third party.

Newsletter subscribers can remove their email address from our database at any time by following the “unsubscribe” link at the foot of each issue of our newsletter.

Any changes to our Privacy Policy will be prominently posted to our website.

Further information about the data we collect

Members of Senior Golf Exchange elect to compile a Member Listing for the purpose of arranging Home Exchange and Hospitality Exchange with fellow Members.

No personal information is ever provided by Senior Golf Exchange to any other person, including other Members.  Each Member decides if, when, and to what extent, they provide personal information to other Members in the process of arranging an exchange.  Members also decide if, and when, they change from using the email facility of Senior Golf Exchange as an intermediary, to direct contact via their own email address.

Any information disclosed by Members when contributing to our Member Forum may be viewed by other Members, but not by site visitors.

Information not submitted by Members and Visitors

We gather information such as browser type and IP address, which is not identifiable, from Members and visitors to our site.

Links

Senior Golf Exchange website contains links to other sites, which may have been created by us, or by Members within their Member Listing.

Because Senior Golf Exchange is not responsible for the privacy practices of other websites, we recommend Members and site visitors be aware when they leave our site, and read the Privacy Policy of every website they may link to.

Use of Cookies

Senior Golf Exchange uses session cookies to remember certain activities undertaken on the site for the duration of your visit only. This allows us to keep you logged in to your personal locker while you are browsing the site. These cookies are destroyed as soon as you log out or close your browser down.

Member Referral Program/Tell a Golfing Friend

When a Member uses the Tell a Golfing Friend feature to participate in our Member Referral Program, we guarantee we will not access or retain the email addresses involved.

Member Feedback

Positive and negative feedback from Members, relating to other Members or their Member Listing, will be compiled when provided.

No Member will be allowed access to any feedback, including feedback relating to themselves.

If requested in writing, the Member Services Director will provide a brief summation of the feedback relating to another Member with whom the requesting Member is considering an exchange.  The responsibility to verify the accuracy of a Member Listing, and all other communications received from fellow Members, always rests with the Members.

International Compliance

Senior Golf Exchange makes every effort to protect the personal information of Members and site visitors via compliance with the Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI) of the Worldwide Web Consortium (W3C).
