Home Exchange (Non simultaneous)

  • Vacant possession of exchange partner's home
  • Ability to "bank" future exchange entitlement by using unoccupied weeks of second or holiday home
  • Ability to "bank" future exchange entitlement when your primary residence is unoccupied for other travel arrangements
  • Pre-arranged local introductions and recommendations
  • Possible Motor Vehicle exchange

Hospitality Exchange

  • "Hosted" access to exchange partner's home
  • Limited need for Concierge Journal
  • Local introductions and recommendations facilitated personally
  • Hosts available as tour guides and golf partners to agreed extent

Hospitality Exchange (Non-accommodation)

  • No overnight accommodation within exchange partners home
  • Recommendations, and local assistance with commercial accommodation if requested
  • Limited need for Concierge Journal
  • Local introductions and recommendations facilitated personally
  • Hosts available as tour guides and golf partners to agreed extent
